They plot to take over the world and feed on humans.

Marksmanship, which is shooting using the sights, is basically autohit within room-to-room ranges unless aiming at a point, but is slow, and CQC, which is both melee and shooting from the hip, but *must* be rolled, is useless at longer ranges, and is always faster than fully sighting in.

If you invest half focus, you have to beat 5 to hit SOME part of the enemy, beat 10 to hit a specific limb, beat 15 to hit a point target (eye, joint, chink in armor, whatever).
