07:04:32 syv: This mod adds a food poisoning effect in the game, with bad food potentially poisoning you. In the configuration menu, there's an option for "healthcare level" with two options. America, and Scandinavia.

07:04:51 syv: American means doctors cannot cure poisoning, scandinavia means they cure it for no extra charge.
07:05:04 syv: Mouseover text says there's a hidden third option which doesn't work, Canada.

07:07:46 Devastator: the general way to sum it up in Canada is that it's free, but not quite as widely available or good as top care in the US.
