The below can be used to set an offset in minutes to alter the displayed timestamp. So, for example, someone in CST (which is UTC-6) will use an offset of -6*60=-360. Autodetect should find your offset automatically using javascript.
The below can be used to set a colour for each user's name, overriding the automatically generated colours. Saved colours are displayed in order of priority.

04:28:56 Devastator: they had two companies of infantry, 3 SU-100s, 3 T-34-85s, 2 early BTRs, a few extra RPG-2 teams, four heavy machine gun teams, and 4 81mm mortar teams.
04:32:27 Devastator: I had 3 37mm anti-tank guns, 3 double 81mm mortar teams, 1 company of infantry, (plus a few extra squads) four extra MMG teams (because there were no LMGs in the infantry squads), 3 double HMG teams, (again, no MGs in the squads), a truck each so they could move, two company level light mortar teams, two snipers, and two arty observers.
04:33:33 Devastator: I shoulda ditched the trucks, they could still move enough, and brought an extra AT gun. Still woulda lost, but if I'd placed the light mortars properly it could have been close.

08:59:54 Devastator: Normally paras and such get XP bonuses. Also, first-rate armies generally have higher training bases.

09:00:18 Devastator: ..and their paras get a +10 bonus.
09:00:50 Devastator: Do note a lot of countries have reservists or national guard or such with xp penalties.

09:01:44 Devastator: Amusingly, that canadian para sniper had the highest bonus I've seen on a troop type.. +10 XP and +15 Morale, which probably puts the guy at 90/95.
